Mein Herz brennt is the second single off the album Made in Germany by Rammstein. It was released on 7 December 2012.

Formats
The single was released in three different formats: CD, 7" vinyl, iTunes EP. The CD includes five songs and comes in a digipak. The 7" vinyl was released only in black, including only the Piano Version and the b-side "Gib mir deine Augen". The iTunes EP included the bonus remix by Turntablerockers and a digital booklet.

Unaccepted concept of Rammstein's single "Mein Herz brennt" (the other cover by Dirk Rudolph was chosen later). Made in the form of children's horror stories about the boogeyman (which is associated with the lyrics of song). Concept - Gleb Davydov. Illustrations and design - Anton Shiferson.

The alternate artwork features a different tracklist, which is completely made up, because there was no final tracklist at the time the designer was asked to create an artwork.[2]
